All online sales are subject to availability and confirmation of order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect misuse, fraud, or inaccuracy of information.
We strive to ensure all descriptions, imagery, and information are accurate and current. However, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen differences or product batch variations.
Due to hygiene regulations, hair extensions and hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged if opened, used, or tampered with.
We accept returns for store credit only if:
The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Refunds are not available unless the item is deemed faulty or misrepresented under Australian Consumer Law.
By booking an appointment, you agree to our service conditions and policies.
All new extension clients require a consultation prior to booking.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments — this deposit is credited toward your total service.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
We take pride in our work and aim for exceptional quality in every service.
If you experience a concern with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment for review. Adjustments are offered at our discretion and do not apply to change-of-mind situations.
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by their stylist.
We cannot be held liable for damage or performance issues resulting from failure to follow proper care, third-party installation, or use of non-recommended products.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products and services at any time without notice.
Payments must be made in full at the time of checkout (online) or service completion (in-salon), unless otherwise arranged.
Gift cards and store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, service application, or online transactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement, re-supply, or refund of the purchased item or service in accordance with ACL.
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use secure systems to protect your data and do not share personal details with third parties except as required by law or for the completion of your order.
All content, branding, images, and designs appearing on our website or within our salon are the intellectual property of our company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
