Return Policy – Hair Extensions
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or tampered with in any way. This ensures the integrity and cleanliness of our products for all clients.
We do, however, accept returns for store credit under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

Proof of purchase is provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a store credit equal to the value of the item(s), valid for 12 months.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. We will assess and resolve this promptly in line with Australian Consumer Law.
