Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly — however, we take every measure to ensure timely dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.


2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship exclusively through trusted national and international couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance, destination, and customs processing for international orders.


3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, all orders receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the courier has collected your parcel.


4. Delivery Conditions

We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once marked as delivered by the courier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the courier service directly to lodge an investigation.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a redelivery fee will apply.


5. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

We are unable to mark orders as “gift” or declare a lower value for customs purposes.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item appears missing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly in line with Australian Consumer Law.


7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you wish to receive available items earlier, please place separate orders.
